Donna Blue is het muzikale duo en koppel Danique van Kesteren en Bart van Dalen. Met hun chique, op jaren 60 geïnspireerde kamerpop belichamen ze de geest van Nancy & Lee, Serge Gainsbourg, en hoor je de invloed van filmcomponisten zoals Ennio Morricone, Piero Piccioni en John Barry terug.

Donna Blue's sensuele en sfeervolle single 'Fantasy Girl' is een eerste voorproef van het aankomende tweetalige album 'Into the Realm of Love', dat in maart 2024 wordt verwacht. Met een dromerig & chique jaren 60 geluid vangt het nummer de aantrekkingskracht van de online wereld.
"De tekst personifieert de verleiding van de online wereld, die naar je roept als een soort moderne mythische sirene," legt Donna Blue uit. "Het ligt er voortdurend op de loer om verliefd te worden op een fantasieversie van jezelf, en van anderen."

Het nieuwe album volgt op hun debuut 'Dark Roses' (2022) en zal volgend jaar beschikbaar zijn op vinyl, cd en streaming via Snowstar Records.
